SALARY: $108,591 - $208,075; per year (competitive benefits)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position works collaboratively with the Division senior leadership team, supervisors, school administrators, and teachers to implement the testing, evaluation, analysis and reporting, and records management functions of the Office of Research, Accountability and Strategic Planning. The Director of Research, Accountability and Strategic Planning supports schools in the areas of data analysis, state assessment policies, accountability standards, research and program evaluation, and strategic planning. The Director is part of the senior leadership team and reports directly to the Chief of Staff. This position provides key strategic direction and project management while leading the Division’s efforts on state, regional and local data, assessment, and accountability. The Director provides strategic, data-driven problem-solving support and consultation to the School Division.
