JOB SUMMARY

The director commits to support the vision of The Bellingham Promise by creating and overseeing the development and implementation of the districtwide interscholastic athletics and student activities; provides leadership and direction for initiatives that increase student engagement in schools, equitable athletic programs, and community involvement; provides management, direction, resources and coordination for districtwide athletic programs; works collaboratively with building administration, district staff, coaches, families/guardians, students and community members to promote district interscholastic athletics and activities.
