The Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents in partnership with Grand Canyon University will award three (3) $5,000 scholarships to attend Grand Canyon University in any of GCU’s 220+ online degree programs. The most popular are the M.Ed. Educational Administration, Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), or Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs. The programs are completed 100% online. Scholarship recipient must meet the admissions requirements for each program as outlined below. Each program also has different emphasis areas outlined below. Scholarship recipients will work with GCU counseling staff for admissions into the program.
The Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents in partnership with Curriculum Associates recognize Latin/o/a/x administrators for their leadership by providing assistance toward an advanced degree in education at any accredited university/college. Curriculum Associates will award one (1) $10,000 scholarship to the top recipient.
The scholarship is available to ALAS members seeking to continue their advanced degree program in education in a college or university with the goal of becoming a superintendent for a sixth consecutive year! The scholarships are made payable to the recipients’ institution of higher learning and the recipients are presented the award during the Awards Banquet at the ALAS National Annual Education Summit.
