Systems Integration Manager, Oak Park School District 97, IL

About the position: 
Oak Park Elementary School District 97 is seeking a highly qualified professional who will enhance its management and integration of digital systems used for instructional and organizational resources and build upon its reputation among its peer districts by elevating its effectiveness and efficient practices. 
Essential Functions: 
  • Day-to-day management of the district's student and staff online systems, including Google admin portal, JAMF, active directory & Clever, including keeping all content up-to-date
  • Provide on-going training and technical support to district technology staff and other district staff as assigned for support of online systems 
  • Management and deployment all student and staff devices (MacOS, iOS, Windows and Chrome) 
  • Help manage the protection and oversight of student and staff data privacy and security through the various online systems 
  • Assist the Senior Director of Technology with execution of the department goals and instructional programs 
  • Other duties as assigned, by the Senior Director of Technology 
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred .
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in technical systems or related field 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge: 
  • Extensive experience managing and supporting various devices, specifically iPads, Chromebooks, Macbooks and PCs 
  • Experience in the device enrollment program (DEP), Volume Purchase Program (VPP) and application deployment through JAMF . IT networking fundamentals 
  • Experience in management of Active Directory 
  • Experience in management of Clever and/or other single sign on solutions 
  • Experience with G Suite for Education, use and administration 
  • Advanced skills in mobile device management, specifically JAM
  • Experience in scripting
  • Experience managing online systems (e.g. Securly, Read 180, Hapara, Canvas)
  • Experience managing student assessment software and servers (e.g. IRA, MAP, ISA, Access & Aimsweb) 
  • Experience developing guides, presentations and training resources 
  • Experience in providing staff trainings preferred, but not required 
  • Manage multiple projects independently and work under tight deadlines 
  • Build consensus and work effectively within various schools and departments 
  • Take initiative and assume responsibility, ownership and accountability
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
