Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), the nation’s 10th largest school division, located in the Washington, D.C. region is seeking an experienced school leader to serve as principal of the Robinson Secondary School campus. The school was recently ranked by U.S. News and World Report with an overall score of 96.1 %, ranking it in the top four percent of all high schools in the United States.
Robinson Secondary School is comprised of two sub-schools, middle and high school. Robinson strives to prepare students to successfully meet the many challenges of a global society.
Robinson offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program and Middle Years Program. Advanced Placement (AP) courses are offered in every major discipline. Robinson’s graduation rate is 98% with SAT scores above the national average.
Qualifications: Postgraduate Professional License with endorsements in administration and supervision preK-12, plus seven years of progressively more responsible experience in teaching and administration or supervision, with a minimum of three years administrative experience. A regionally competitive salary and benefit package will be offered.
