DIRECTOR OF HUMAM RESOURCES
Under the supervision of the Superintendent, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing comprehensive personnel, employee, labor relations, and administrative services to Windham Public School District Employees. The Director is also responsible for addressing any emerging human resource needs of the school district.
Anticipated Director of Human Resources located at Central Office. CT certification 092 (Administrator) is required or 085 (School Business Administrator) is accepted. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in a school district preferred. Building Principal/Central Office Administrator experience preferred. Oversight of Human Resources, Recruitment & Retention, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Classification & Compensation, Organizational Policies & Procedures, and Risk Management required. - An 092 (Administrator) or 085 (School Business Administrator) CT Certification
- Previous Experience in Human Resources in a School District Preferred
- Building Principal/Central Office Administrator Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written communication)
